Can I change plans during my subscription?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What happens to unused minutes?
Unused minutes do not roll over on Starter and Growth. Enterprise plans can include flexible rules by agreement.
How much do extra minutes cost?
After your monthly limit, additional minutes are billed at 1 PLN/min on Starter and 0.80 PLN/min on Growth.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day trial with 100 call minutes so you can test Coldbot with no commitment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, bank transfer, and invoicing with deferred terms for larger accounts.
